Shipping & Returns


We deliver nationwide to anywhere in Australia.

Goods are sent via Australia Post (Registered or Express) so all items can be tracked to ensure that your orders are delivered safely. Please note: a signature will be required on receipt of orders being delivered.

**Please note if you choose to send by standard post, this option does not include tracking and we cannot be held accountable for non delivery of your order. We recommend purchasing registered or express postage.

Registered Post (Delivery Nation-wide within 5-10 working days from shipping date. Cost: $7.95 up to 2 items. $1.00 for each extra item.) $7.95

Express Post (Delivery Nation-wide within 24-48 hours of shipping date. Cost: $10.95 up to 6 items. $14.25 for 7 or more items.) More than two items are recommended to be sent via express post.

All orders are made and shipped within 24-48 hours. Depending on your method of delivery will determine when you will receive your order. E.g. Express post option all orders are delivered the following day after shipping. Registered post deliveries in general are within 5-10 working days. 95% of orders are placed and delivered Australia wide within 5-10 working days.


All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable however exclude freight.
Orders will not be processed or sent out for delivery until full payment is received via one of our specified payment methods (refer to payment methods). Upon completion of an order you will be nominated an order number and sent a confirmation email outlining the contents of your order. If paying via cheque, money order or direct deposit, please state your order number as a reference to aid in reconciling and processing your goods.



Items that are deemed faulty or incorrect to what were ordered can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 2 weeks (10 working days) from invoice/receipt date to: RETURNS - PO BOX 44 NORTHCOTE VIC 3070.

Please note: We will not return or exchange items due to incorrect size choice, change of mind if the item has been worn and washed or if washing instructions have not been followed. As items are custom made prior to checking out please ensure that spelling, design and correct size have been chosen. Refer to sizing specifications if in doubt.

All items are sent via third party Australia Post. Freight delivery times are subject to method of delivery.
In general Items sent via express post are delivered within 24 hours from time of dispatch.
Registered Australia post items can take between 5 and 10 working days to be delivered from order sent date.
Idtee is not responsible for delayed delivery, loss or damage to goods due to third party failure.
Idtee will not be held responsible for colour variations as a result of computer monitor differences.
Size recommendations are a guide only. Each garment can slightly differ within 1-1.5 centimeters of sizing specifications.
Design size will increase or decrease in accordance with the size of the garment ordered and will be placed within front chest area, unless specified otherwise.
Idtee cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control.
Idtee have the right to delay, or not complete an order due unforeseen circumstance. Example, Natural disaster.
In accordance with this the customer will be notified immediately via email or phone (within 24 hours) regarding the status of their order.
